Attendance
Our individual pupil attendance target is 95%. We hope that all our pupils will achieve this. Excellent attendance improves friendships, social skills, confidence, routine and boundaries and ultimately your child achieving the ‘best they can be’. Good attendance routines start in Nursery, we therefore encourage excellent attendance from Nursery through to our year 6 pupils.

Please see below our attendance leaflet explaining our expectations for all Fair Furlong School's pupil's.  In this leaflet you will see two tables explaining how absence and lateness impacts on a pupil's overall attendance. It is vital that your child is on time for school everyday. Lateness not only disrupts your child's learning but the learning of your child's class. Setting good routines and boundaries for school attendance is extremely important. Our school Family Link Workers are available to support you with this. Please contact Mrs Charlton and Mrs Lewis if you have any questions or would like support with your child's attendance.

Bristol City Council's Penalty Notice Information Leaflet has 'what you need to know' information for parents/carers. This is available at the bottom of this page.
